  1. Place the Rose Petal Sugar Cube in a chilled rocks glass.
  2. Add the rhubarb bitters directly onto the Sugar Cube.

  4. Add a large clear ice cube and stir until well chilled.
  5. Express a lemon peel over the drink, rub it around the rim of the glass, and garnish with the peel.
